Shipping

As we are a small family-run business, we currently ship within 2-3 working days once we receive your order.

Our handmade crayons are made to order so please allow us some time to make these products by hand and prepare your order. We will update you once the products are shipped.

Orders placed during weekends and on public holidays might need some more time to be delivered.

UK Shipping

Our UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48, which is £5 for orders under £75 and free for orders over £75.

 

International Shipping

If no rate is available at checkout, please contact us for a quote. International orders will be sent via courier - DHL/Fedex/UPS and shipping rates are based on weight and size.  As our wooden toys are heavy shipping costs can be high world wide.

Duties & Taxes to be paid on delivery by the receiver.

Delivieries outside the UK may be subject to additional charges including customs charges.

 

Returns/Exchanges

We hope that you are happy with the items ordered from Four Kids Toys, but should you wish to exchange or return please email us with the following information; Name, order number, date of order, reason for return. The item must remain un-opened, unused and 'as new' for re-sale.

Please return the items to our address, returns can be issued up to 30 days from the order date and may take up to 10 days to be returned to us, using Royal Mail Tracked. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item(s) are not received in their original condition.

Damaged Returns: If the item is received back damaged or not in original condition, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee or refuse the refund, to be determined on receipt.

Shipments refused/returned: All orders that are refused and then returned will have all return shipping costs deducted before the refund is issued.

We'll email you as soon as returned items are received and the refund will be paid back to your original payment method, which can take up to 5 working days.

Please ensure you get proof of receipt when returning the items as this is your insurance if the item is lost.

Damaged & Faulty Items

Incase of receiving a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately via email to report the damage, otherwise we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange. The item must remain unused and "as new"

All of our wooden toys are lovingly hand cut and painted, so no two pieces are the same. We love this unique feature in our wooden toys. So unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on items if you have just changed your mind. This is so that we can ensure product safety and continuity for our customers.
