Shipping

As we are a small family-run business, we currently ship within 2-3 working days once we receive your order.

Our handmade crayons are made to order so please allow us some time to make these products by hand and prepare your order. We will update you once the products are shipped.

Orders placed during weekends and on public holidays might need some more time to be delivered.

UK Shipping

Our UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48, which is £5 for orders under £75 and free for orders over £75.

 

 Rest of World

If no rate is available at checkout, please contact us for a quote, we can provide a tracked or tracked & signed-for service worldwide.

 International Shipping is sent via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed Heavier. Shipping starts at £12.75. As our wooden toys are heavy shipping costs can be high world wide.

All customs duties and taxes must be paid by the customer.

 

Returns/Exchanges

Damaged & Faulty Items
Each order is hand packed to avoid damages. In the event of receiving a faulty or damaged item, please make sure you contact us immediately on receipt to report the damage. Otherwise we might not be able to issue a refund or exchange the item. The item must remain unused and 'as new'. 

All of our wooden toys are lovingly hand cut and painted, so no two pieces are the same. We love this unique feature in our wooden toys. So unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on items if you have just changed your mind. This is so that we can ensure product safety and continuity for our customers.
