Refund policy
Each order is hand packed to avoid damages. In the event of any of your items getting damaged during delivery, we will do our best to replace it as quickly as possible.
In order to do this, please send us a photograph of the item in question, along with your order/invoice number and we will arrange for the replacement to be sent to you.
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on items if you have just changed your mind. This is so that we can ensure product safety and continuity for our customers.
