The board is engraved with numbers 1 to 10 with the corresponding spaces engraved above each number. The top left corner contains a sorting tray for loose parts, marbles or felt balls to be used with the board.

clean with a damp cloth, keep away from heat sources that can cause dryness and cracking and treat with boiled linseed oil to rejuvenate if it becomes dry.
